A common issue we see at Tally is subscribers trying to generate a purchase order and noticing that their financial accounts are not showing under the Category tab. This happens when subscribers connect QuickBooks but do not sync their financial accounts with Salesforce. This article will show you how to sync accounts so you can continue sending purchase orders.
Sync QuickBooks Accounts with Salesforce
1. Exit the Categories Page.
2. Click the App Launcher.
3. Type "hub"
4. Click "Hub"
5. Click "Sync QuickBooks Accounts"
Cant Find the Sync QuickBooks Accounts tab? Contact support and we'll enable it for you.
6. Click "Start Import"
