Tally simplifies customer data management between QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Salesforce with its QBO Customer Sync feature. This functionality allows you to import your QuickBooks customers as "QBO Customer" object records within Salesforce.

Synching QuickBooks Customers With Salesforce Accounts
1. Click the App Launcher.
2. Type "hub"
3. Click "Tally Hub"
4. Click "Sync Customers"
5. Click the "Create Accounts" toggle if you wish to create salesforce accounts .
TIP: QuickBooks Customers map to Salesforce Accounts who's name matches the QuickBooks Display name. If you do not enable the "Create Accounts" toggle, your QBO Customers will sync into Tally's QuickBooks Customers object as records and map to the Salesforce Account with matching Display names.
6. Click "Start Import"
Tip: Sync settings allows you to define what data you wish to push from QuickBooks to Salesforce. this data resides in the QuickBooks Customers object records.
7. Click "Update"
8. Select the data you wish to sync.
How to Map QuickBooks Customers with Salesforce Accounts.
There are two ways to map unmapped QuickBooks customers to Salesforce accounts:
Using our component in the Tally Hub: This is a quick and convenient option.
Navigating directly to the QBO Customers object: This method offers more granular control.
Using Component to map QuickBooks Customers with Salesforce Accounts
1. Click the "App Launcher".
2. Type "hub"
3. Click "Hub"
4. Click "Sync Customers"
5. Click "Link Account"
6. Click the "AccountId" field.
7. Lookup and click on the desired account you wish to map it to.
8. Click "Update"
Using QBO Customers Object to map QuickBooks Customers with Salesforce Accounts
1. Click "QBO Customers" If it doesnt exist, youll need to add it as a tab.
2. Click the pencil icon on the AccountId field for your desired record.
3. Lookup and click the account name.
