Must-Knows:

  • Line-Item Tracking: Tally offers superior control by syncing QuickBooks classes at the line-item level, not just the entire invoice.

  • Centralized View: Access and manage all your synchronized classes conveniently within the Tally Hub.

  • Package Limitation: Class tracking is included in our "Growth" and "Scale" Packages.

How to Sync QuickBooks Classes

1. Navigate to Salesforce

2. Click the App Launcher Icon

Tip: After your initial import, any newly created class in QuickBooks will automatically sync into Salesforce, ensuring your data is always up-to-date.

You can now add Classes to Products when generating an Invoice.

7. When Invoicing, Click "Add New Products"

8. Click The "Product Name" Dropdown

9. Select your Product

10. Assign your Product a Class

Tip: When creating a product in QuickBooks and assigning a class, Tally automatically assigns that class to the corresponding product in Salesforce. Eliminate manual class selection and ensure data consistency across both platforms.
